2. Metrics and Telemetry We Collect

The configuration of fields parsed by our authentication pipelines depends entirely on your chosen gateway module:

• Individual Parameters: Legal full names, verified active email coordinates, and structural system-encrypted passwords.
• Institutional Parameters: Registered organizational names, administrative emails, localized network Pincodes, and master system keys.

3. Use of System-Generated Tokens

Our internal server node cluster generates unique tracking signatures (Student IDs and Institute IDs). These structural tokens are used strictly to isolate matrix data and authenticate logins cleanly without exposing raw user records to general database pipelines.

4. Security Encryption Clusters

All password strings processed by our API endpoints undergo cryptographic hashing before entering storage arrays. Data transmissions from your local client to our server infrastructure are fully wrapped in industry-standard SSL/TLS layer configurations to block third-party intercepts.

5. Data Retention Nodes

We preserve registration vectors only for as long as your profile node remains active inside our dashboard grid. If an individual or an authorized institution administrator submits an account erasure request, all linked metadata will be scrubbed from our active clusters within 30 days.
